San Antonio is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Everybody in this store has the best attitude and always greets me everytime I come through the door. Every time I order they wrap the bagels individually so they do not touch. I recommend getting the hashbrown bagel and jalepeno cheddar!

4/5 stars being generous I would give it a 3 if the bagels werenโt tasty. Recommend going to Einstein bagels just not this I basically came for the Monday deal 12 for 9 dollars. Told that the deal was 13 bagels for 15, said okay. Realized I couldnโt claim 2 deals with one rewards account mind you Iโm using a families rewards for them and I got some for a friend so I made an account on the side and came back. I see a deal which clearly states 12 bagels for 9$. The girl working at the cashier is like oh, and her supervisor comes and โfixesโ it. She struggles with the tablet for a minute and I understand she might be new or had a long day. But I had already payed for the bagels, had I not seen I payed extra, I wouldnโt have gotten cream cheese (you get 12 for 9 but you get 2 smears for 15 dollars, until I mentioned it it was not mentioned. The girl was nice but they still screwed up the order completely. I literally asked for a split between sesame, plain, and raisin for the extra a cinnamon bagel since they said I get 13. I get 3 cinnamon, 6 raisin, 2 plain and 2 raisin. Iโm pretty frustrated and I think that this is really stupid. I chose not to call and complain but for me Iโm no

Came here because I really wanted a NYC style breakfast sandwich though it wasn't quite what I wanted in a way it was still really damn good. I had a brisket and egg on a jalapeno bagel and damn it was amazing. The two sandwiches my family members got they said it was mouth watering and would love to order those items again. The Blackberry Lemonade was very tasty as well. I would definitely come back again and if you are in the area come check it out!
